Senufo Beds and Stools

Hand carved from a solid block of wood, these mid-20th century beds’ and stools’ minimalist geometry results in a strikingly modern sculptural shape—a unique accent piece in any space.

Originally used by Senufo women to do their washing, the stools sit on four thick tapering legs for optimum stability. The traditional seat is ergonomic in its carving and made to accommodate our largest muscle in total comfort.
