NOA Living offers exquisite collections of culturally spirited furnishings, accessories and luxury handknotted rugs for discerning designers, buyers and retailers.
Prepayment is required for all new accounts. A minimum opening order of $5000.00 USD (credit card payment) and $20,000.00 USD (approved term account) will be required when placing your first order. A minimum re-order of $1000.00 will be required for subsequent orders. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All pricing is listed in US dollars.
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval, to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references. Net 30 terms will not be offered to first-time customers, but may be requested for second and subsequent orders. We do not accept COD payments.
Late payments are subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the cost of the entire order. Interest will begin accruing one day after the due date on the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
A large portion of NOA Living’s collection consists of products that are handcrafted from natural materials by international artisans. Each and every handcrafted piece is different from one another and contains variations in the final product including, but not limited to, variations in tonal qualities, size, color, texture, patina and porosity. These variations and natural blemishes should not be misconstrued as flaws but accepted as beauty marks that add charm, spirit and relevance to each and every product.
International orders must be fully pre-paid. Canadian customers who qualify will receive terms of Net 45. Late payment terms apply as noted above.
We make every effort to stock items for immediate delivery. In the event that an item is out of stock, it will usually ship within 6 to 12 weeks. Some of our products may take up to 16 weeks. Despite our best efforts, orders do not always ship complete. Special requests concerning backorders should be noted in writing when the order is placed. Additional fees will be incurred for inside deliveries, lift gate deliveries, and residential deliveries (special delivery fees will be added to the invoice after delivery).
Shipping costs will vary and typically range between 10% – 18%. Note this is an average percentage that will vary with the dollar amount and cubic displacement of the order. This should not be misconstrued as a quote.
All shipping FOB origin.
Any merchandise with visible damage must be reported to the delivery company upon receipt of the shipment. Damages must be reported within five (5) business days to our office. For freight collect shipments, NOA Living will make every effort to provide information and assist in the completion of your claim.
Returns and Cancellations
All returned and cancelled orders must be authorized by a NOA Living customer service representative. Returned and cancelled merchandise is subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total cost of the order. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this outline.
When you purchase or order an item from NOA Living, or register on our website, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and business license or federal tax identification number. We will also maintain a record of your product purchases. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone or email to address questions or issues specific to your order.
The information that you provide to us, and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future sourcing, product design/development and marketing efforts more efficient. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your e-mail address or private information to other companies. If you would like to be removed from our email list, please follow the instructions sent along with each email to remove your name from our email list as soon as possible. Please recognize that in some cases a new email may be in the system for distribution before we are able to remove you.
