NOA Living proudly offers a curated collection of authentic Senufo stools and beds, handcrafted by skilled artisans from the Senufo communities of Côte d’Ivoire. Each vintage piece is carved from a single block of African hardwood, showcasing timeless design and cultural depth.
These Senufo stools were traditionally used by elders and spiritual leaders in the Poro society. Today, they are admired for their sculptural simplicity and minimalist beauty. We offer over 100 rare four-legged stools—each with unique proportions, surface wear, and presence.
In addition, we feature a striking collection of vintage Senufo beds. These massive, low wooden platforms once served as ceremonial and resting places. Now, they’re often used as sculptural daybeds, bold coffee tables, or gallery-style centerpieces. Some beds include traditional carved headrests, while others feature clean, unembellished surfaces that highlight the wood’s grain.
Our finishing studio applies a range of stains and treatments to enhance each piece. From deep ebony and warm espresso to bleached or natural wax finishes, our process celebrates the wood’s character while preserving its texture.
